Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of adlette. Please read them carefully.
Last updated June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and adlette (“adlette,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of the adlette website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
adlette is an AI tool that generates UGC-style video ads from inputs you provide. It produces scripts, synthetic AI creators, captions, and rendered videos. All creators are AI-generated; the Service does not create or depict real, identifiable people.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
- The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a set number of video generation credits per billing cycle. One credit produces one ad.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your card is charged at the start of each billing cycle.
- Credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle for use during that cycle. Unless your plan states otherwise, unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable notice, and changes apply to future billing cycles.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
6. Your content and our content
- Your inputs. You retain ownership of the brand assets, product information, scripts, and images you provide (“Inputs”). You grant us a license to host and process your Inputs solely to operate the Service for you.
- Your rights to Inputs. You represent that you own or have permission to use all Inputs and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
- Outputs.Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you any rights we may hold in the videos generated for you (“Outputs”), and you may use them for commercial purposes. Given how generative AI works, Outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection and similar Outputs may be generated for other users.
7. AI-generated content and your responsibilities
- Outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every ad before publishing or running it.
- You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with all applicable laws and with the advertising and AI-disclosure policies of any platform you publish to (such as Meta and TikTok), including claims substantiation and required disclosures.
- You must not use the Service to create likenesses of real people or other prohibited content as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers and depends on platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the decisions of advertising platforms regarding your content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations or perform in any particular way.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, adlette will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold adlette harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Inputs, your Outputs, your ads, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
We will try to resolve any dispute with you informally first — email hello@adlette.com and we will work with you in good faith. These Terms are governed by the law applicable where adlette is operated, and nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. We will identify a specific governing-law jurisdiction in these Terms as adlette formalizes its legal structure.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
