adlette generates synthetic creators only. You must not:

• Upload reference images of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to generate, recreate, or imitate the likeness, voice, or identity of any real person — including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.
• Create “deepfakes” or content that impersonates a real person or entity.

2. No deceptive or fraudulent advertising

• No false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims — including deceptive health, medical, financial, weight-loss, or earnings claims.
• No fake testimonials, fabricated reviews, or invented endorsements.
• No scams, phishing, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent offers.
• No content designed to evade the advertising or content-moderation policies of any platform.

3. No illegal or harmful content

• Anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content; incitement to violence.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, and any content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods where prohibited.
• Malware, or content intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.

4. No infringement

Do not upload or generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others. Only submit Inputs you have the right to use.

5. Disclosure and platform compliance

Content created with adlette is AI-generated. You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where required by law or by the platform you publish to, and for complying with the advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, and any other platform you use.

6. No abuse of the Service

• No reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as permitted.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract our models or systems.
• No circumventing usage limits, credit allocations, rate limits, or access controls.
• No sharing accounts or credentials in violation of your plan.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this Policy — with or without notice, and without refund where the violation warrants it. We may also report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.
